When it comes to Pilates, Brittany is your girl. Having studied for years and practiced for even longer, Brittany looked at my body and instantly saw where I was not aligned. With a few adjustments I was feeling more settled in my movements and once the class was over I actually felt more mobile and taller!
At 71 I had bad knees and shoulders that had seized up after years of working construction for Habitat for Humanity. After three years I have progressed to excellent health, activity and flexibility. I paddle my canoe 2 1/2 hours to camp on Georgian Bay in the summers. I know how to work on my shoulders after gardening. I feel stronger and better every year. As my friend said “ Brittany has given you a new life”. My only regret is that I didn’t start Pilates sooner!
