Unison memberships are month-to-month or 12 month contract commitments that bill monthly on auto-renew.

Guest passes -- bring 1 guest per month for free (must be new to Fine Tune).
Credit carry over: Any unused credits in a month will remain on account for one additional month, as long as membership is active.
TERMS & ConDiTIOnS
Auto-Renew Membership contracts consist of monthly automatic withdrawals from your credit card or bank account (direct debit).
Contract terms are month-to-month or for 12 months (annual). Annual commitments cancelled before the end of the commitment term will result in fees; see details below.
Upon agreement, your account will be charged for the first set of sessions or classes, and contracts will automatically renew, in perpetuity, until you let us know otherwise. See cancellation details below.
Memberships are non-refundable, in part or whole. No exceptions.
Members must maintain valid credit card or direct banking information on file with Fine Tune Pilates to avoid account suspension. Payment failure will result in a membership freeze if not resolved within 3 days.
Fees apply to Late Cancellations and No Shows following our cancellation policies - a 12-hour cancellation policy or loss of credit.
Membership may be subject to rate increases, and a minimum of 30 days' notice will be provided.
Cancellation
M2M Membership:
Cancellations can be made with 14 days' notice by completing our cancellation form or through the app, provided the contract term is ending.
Annual Membership:
You can cancel your membership via your account in the Fine Tune app or Momence in your final (12th) month, or send us an email requesting cancellation with 14 days’ notice.
Cancellations made at the end of a contract period (12 months) will not incur cancellation fees.
Cancellations made in the middle of a commitment term will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the remaining contract dues, up to a maximum of $444; your membership privileges will remain active for the remainder of the current billing cycle/month.
A one-time transfer of unused credits can be made to a person of your choice.
Class Cancellations/No Shows
Regular policies apply. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time; otherwise, you will be considered a late cancellation, resulting in a loss of credit. No exceptions.
Holds
Requests must be made at least 7 days before your desired freeze start date via email or text.
M2M Membership:
Cancellations can be made through your Momence account or the FT app anytime before your renewal date.
Annual Membership:
Temporary holds/suspensions may be made on Annual Unison memberships for 2-8 weeks, 2 times a calendar year. Additional or longer holds will incur a fee of $44+HST per additional hold/month.
Sharing
Membership sharing is permitted as follows:
4x per month membership: No sharing
8x per month membership: Membership sharing is allowed with one other person.
12x per month memberships: Membership sharing is allowed with one other person.
Notes:
Buddy can only be changed once per calendar year.
We do not split payments between clients; the membership package, not the billing, can be shared.
