BENEFITS

SOLO

  • Auto-refills on USE after every 12 sessions or expires after 6 months.

  • Three months advanced booking with a consistent schedule, serviced by our Client Care Team.

  • Membership sharing allowed (one buddy permitted). Note we do not split payments between clients. The membership package can be shared, not the billing.

  • Drop-in Unison classes at the membership rate.

  • Membership holds of up to 4 weeks are permitted, additional fees apply for holds longer than this.

UNISON

  • 4 Class Monthly: Auto-renews every 28 days in perpetuity. Any unused classes will transfer over to the next cycle and then expire if not used.

  • 4 Class Package: Auto-refills after registration for 4 classes or expires after 2 months.

  • 12 Class Package: Auto-refills on USE after registration for 12 classes or expires after 6 months.

  • Drop-in Solo sessions and additional Unison classes at the membership rate.

  • Membership holds of up to 4 weeks are permitted once every 6 months.


Terms & Conditions

Auto-Refill Memberships contracts consist of automatic withdrawals from your credit card or bank account (direct debit).

Upon agreement, your account will be charged for the first set of sessions or classes and will renew/refill itself automatically, in perpetuity, until you let us know otherwise.

Memberships are non-refundable.

Members must maintain valid credit card or banking information on file with Fine Tune Pilates to avoid account suspension.

Fees apply to Late Cancellations and No Shows in accordance with our cancellation policies

Holds

SOLO: Temporary holds/suspensions may be made on Solo memberships of up to 4 weeks. If you wish to hold your account payments and ongoing time slot for longer than this, a fee of $100+HST will be applied to your account for every additional month of hold. 

UNISON: Temporary holds/suspensions may be made on Unison memberships of up to 4 weeks. (All Unison memberships active on March 15, 2020 will be honoured)

Cancellation Policies

Membership

Memberships contracts can be cancelled by contacting our Client Care Team with 14 days notice.

No refunds in part or full. If desired, a one-time transfer of any unused credits can be made to a person of your choice.

Class Cancellations/No Shows

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of scheduled class time if you are unable to attend. Regular policies apply.
