Studio Closure FAQs

The Essentials

  • Our final day of all studio operations (Unison classes and Solo sessions) is April 15.

  • No action is required. All membership renewals and automatic session refills will be disabled as of March 16.

  • Yes. We are committed to maintaining our regular schedule through April 15 to ensure your practice remains consistent. While we likely won't be adding extra classes, we encourage you to book in advance as we expect the final weeks to be busy with our community coming together.

Memberships & Credits

  • We want to see you in the studio! We heartfully encourage you to schedule your Unison classes or Solo sessions before April 15.

    Unison Memberships & All 4-Packs: Please ensure you book your classes by our final day, as remaining Unison credits are non-refundable.

    Solo Memberships: We will make every effort to complete all sessions within your final month. Any sessions we are unable to fulfill due to studio scheduling before April 15 will be refunded.

  • Yes. If you find you are unable to use your remaining Unison or Solo credits before April 15, you are welcome to gift them to a friend or family member. This is a beautiful way to share the Fine Tune space one last time. Please contact us in app or via email to arrange a credit transfer.

  • Membership renewals will be disabled as of March 16.

    Once your membership period ends, you may continue booking classes at your membership rate or the community rate on a drop-in basis until April 15.

    Remaining membership credits are non-refundable.

  • Automatic session refills will be disabled as of March 16.

    Existing reservations remain as scheduled, and regular cancellation policies apply.

    Any sessions we’re unable to complete due to studio availability before April 15 will be refunded.

  • Remaining class pack credits (Solo and Unison 4-packs or otherwise) may be used until April 15. 

    Credits are non-refundable. 

    We encourage you to use these credits and enjoy the end of this chapter with us.

  • To celebrate our final month and keep things simple, once a membership expires, all Unison classes can be booked at a special Community Rate of $36 (+HST). If your current membership per-class rate is lower than this, we will honor your lower rate through April 15, automatically applied at checkout.

  • No. To keep our final month focused on our existing community, we will not be selling new packs or memberships. All classes can be booked individually via the Community Rate.

Your Practice & Continuity

  • Absolutely. Relationships are at the heart of what we do and essential to a strong Pilates practice. Our instructors may continue working independently, and those arrangements will be discussed individually within your sessions as they finalize their future plans.

  • While credits cannot be transferred directly, we are here to support your "next move." In our final weeks, we will share a curated list of trusted Toronto studios that align with the Fine Tune philosophy.

  • If you have specific questions about your account or credits, please reach out to us in app or via email. We are here to help make this transition as clear and supportive as possible.

We acknowledge that our studio sits on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, in what is now known as Tkaronto. We recognize their enduring relationship with the land and waters, and the values of care and reciprocity reflected in the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement.
