About Us

Our Approach

Fine Tune Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio founded by Brittany Coughlan Murphy and Katrina Orr, supported by a team of experienced, multidisciplinary professionals. We care deeply about movement—and the people who walk through our doors.

For us, Pilates isn’t just exercise. It’s an ongoing relationship with your body, your breath and the way you move through life. We help you build strength, awareness and resilience from the inside out.

We’re rooted in classical Pilates but not bound by it. Our approach blends biomechanics and creativity, always led with curiosity and care. We believe in quality over quantity, in both class size and practice, valuing consistency over quick fixes and structure balanced with intuition.

Every session is about more than form—it’s what we call Feeling Your Finest. With yourself, your instructor, and the community around you. Whether you're recovering, starting fresh, or refining your practice, this is a space to feel supported and seen.

Our Values

We show up with care, kindness and honesty in how we teach, how we treat one another and how we hold cultivate personal growth.

Patience
Progress takes time. We meet you where you are and encourage presence over pressure. There’s no rush here.

Reciprocity
We believe in mutual respect and shared evolution. As we support your growth, you shape ours too.

Evolution
We’re always learning. We value curiosity, adaptability and the ability to change with grace.

Freedom
To feel free in your body is a form of power. This is a space for deep care, steady progress and feeling more like yourself.

Our Promise

We pay close attention—so you can tune in and move with clarity and ease.

Expert Instruction
A team committed to ongoing education and thoughtful care.

Learning Environment
Where curiosity and biomechanics guide movement.

Community Ethos
Rooted in respect, collaboration and personal attention.

We acknowledge that our studio sits on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, in what is now known as Tkaronto. We recognize their enduring relationship with the land and waters, and the values of care and reciprocity reflected in the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. We are committed to learning from and honouring these values in how we move, gather and exist in community.
